Over a plate of Innviertler dumplings (Knödel) immersed in a tempting scent accompagnied with an icecold beer or wine or cider, you will discover the good tastes of the Innviertel. The tender flour covering enrols a spice filling of roasted pork and “Grammeln”. The dumplings come with mild Sauerkaut.
